Is there a free plan?

Yes. FlagUp has a free forever plan with one project and core features. No credit card required.

How much does FlagUp cost?

FlagUp offers three plans: Free ($0/month), Pro ($19/month or $190/year), and Business ($49/month or $490/year).

Do you offer a discount for annual billing?

Yes. Paying annually gives you 2 months free compared to monthly billing, on any paid plan.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account moves to the free plan and your feedback history stays intact, so you can upgrade again anytime without losing data.

What is included in the free plan?

The free plan includes one project, a feedback inbox, suggestion box, community voting, and core analytics. No credit card required and no time limit.
